Care Levels

With any WLR3 platform product supplied there are different levels of care cover that can be supplied.


Care Level 1

Monday to Friday (Excluding Bank Holidays) 9am till 5:00pm

A response will be generated by 5:00pm the following working day – £0.00 Included

Care Level 2

Monday to Sunday (This Includes Bank Holidays) 7:00am till 5:00pm

Reporting a fault before 1:00pm that day will result in a fault fix that day – For faults reported after 1:00pm a fault fix will occur by 1:00pm the following business day. – £7.99 per month / line

Care Level 3

Monday to Sunday (This Includes Bank Holidays) 24/7 – 365 days a year – 6 Hour fault fix (6 hour fault fix from when BT Openreach has accepted the fault register) – £13.00 Per month / line
